Some networks block mDNS. Find the ClawBox in your router’s connected-devices list
and browse to

Connect an Ethernet cable and power-cycle. Wired setup is the most reliable.

Make sure your phone/laptop is on the same network as the ClawBox (not a guest
Wi-Fi or VPN).
Wi-Fi won’t connect
- Re-enter the password carefully — a wrong password is the most common cause.
- Move the device closer to the router for the first connection.
- If it still fails, connect over Ethernet to finish setup, then retry Wi-Fi.
My assistant isn’t replying
